Mercury moves into Libra for the “second time” on Oct 10, 2022: Go to powerful communication period.

At 4:53 p.m. EST on October 10, 2022, Mercury makes its “second” transit into Libra.

Let’s first review what we mean by “second” transit!

First, Mercury moved into Libra on August 25, 2022. It continued to move forward in Libra, but on September 9, 2022, it began to go retrograde. Retrograde is a phenomenon in which a planet that has been moving in its typical direction begins to move in the opposite direction (however, it doesn’t literally move in the opposite direction, but that it looks that way from the earth). On September 23, 2022, the planet went so far back in retrograde that it returned to Virgo. Mercury ended its retrograde on October 10, 2022, and then began to move forward, making its “second” move into Aquarius on October 10, 2022.

In other words, the retrograde caused Mercury to move back and forth between the two signs. Normally Mercury stays in one constellation for about two to three weeks. This time, however, Mercury spent about three times longer than that.

This is because of the Mercury retrograde period in the middle. Moreover, this time Mercury had to go back to the previous sign because of the retrograde movement.

This time, Mercury’s retrograde has adjusted our language and communication, and now people’s language and communication in general are getting back on track. You may experience a more fluid, thoughtful, and free-flowing form of communication now than you previously had been because of this!

(3) September 23 – October 2: Mercury retrograding back into Virgo.

(4) October 2 – October 10: Mercury ends retrograde and moves forward in Virgo.
“Addressing communication issues that should have been addressed in First half 2022.”

(5) October 10 – October 29: Mercury will be in Libra again.
“Through its retrograde, the new communication in (1) will be firmly formed.”
